Return & Exchange Policy

We at LiviToe pour care and craftsmanship into every pair. But we understand that sometimes, a size might feel off — and we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.


🔁 No Return. Only Exchange.

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange on eligible prod

ucts.


📅 Exchange Window

  • You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Any requests made after this window will not be accepted.


📦 Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Exchange is only applicable for size issues. Style or color changes are subject to stock availability


Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Products bought during special sale events (e.g., end-of-season, launch discounts, etc.)

  • Products marked as final sale or non-exchangeable on the product page

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or returned without proper packaging


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or email at support@livitoe.in within 5 days of delivery.

  • Share your order ID, reason for exchange, and any images (if required).

  • Our team will initiate a reverse pickup (available in select pin codes) or guide you on how to send the product back.

  • Once received and quality-checked, the exchange order will be Delivered within 3–5 working days.

📌 Important Notes

  • One-time exchange only per order — second-time exchanges will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • We do not accept exchange or complaints after the product has been worn or damaged after use.
