⏱ Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp and/or Email with your tracking link once the order is dispatched.

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
Note: Sundays and public holidays are non-working days. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high volume periods (e.g., sale events).
📦 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and marked as canceled.

❗ Express Delivery
Want your order urgently? Drop us a message and we'll try to arrange express shipping (subject to availability and location-based surcharges).
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
